We understand that moving to a new country is a major financial and life transition. Between deposits, travel, and setting up a new home, your budget can feel stretched.

That’s why we created Slice Purchase. This feature allows you to lock in our expat-focused services from Premium Rental Search to all aspects of the Complete Sales Package.

In 3 Stages
How it works:

We’ve divided our service delivery into three distinct phases. Instead of one large invoice, you pay for your relocation support as we achieve your personal goals.

Phase 1: The Strategy Slice (40%)

• When: Paid at the time of online booking or after your Free consultation meeting.

• What it covers: * Securing your dedicated Estate agent and Relocation consultant.

  • Initial NIF number application (if included in your package).

  • Custom "Home Wishlist" creation and neighborhood scouting.

Phase 2: Search & Action Slice (30%)

• When: Paid once viewings begin or administrative filings are submitted.

• What it covers: * Coordination of property viewings (in-person or remote).

  • Active lease terms, housing price, and general negotiations on your behalf.

  • Contract reviews by a leading law firm for our relocation packages.

Phase 3: The Success Slice (30%)

• When: Paid upon successful lease signing, property purchase, or final delivery.

• What it covers: * Final property handover and key exchange.

  • Utility setup (Electricity, Water, Internet) and Home concierge.

  • Activation of your Furniture Allowance (available in select packages).

  • Post-move relocation support, along with professional feedback.

1. Can I pay off the remaining slices early?
   Absolutely! You can choose to settle the remaining balance at any time by contacting your dedicated agent.

2. What happens if my relocation date shifts?
   Your Slice Purchase moves with you. Your payment schedule will shift to match your new relocation timeline.

3. Are add-on services like NIF or Contract review eligible?
   Unfortunately, add-on services are currently not eligible for our Slice Purchase options.

4. Can discounts be used when applying for this option?
   Discount codes and other promotions are not eligible for the Slice purchase options.

5. What if I no longer require your services, but paid through the Slice Purchase option?
   If you only completed the first or second stage, then the third will not be charged. If only the first is completed, then the second and third will not be charged.

The Slice Purchase option is non-refundable, while our 14-day refund policy applies when paying the full service in advance.
